We have worked in well established OEM's (BMW; Itron), worked in the early phases of multiple start up's (Lucid Motors; Vector Launch; NIMR Automotive; Lightning eMotors; Amplified Cell Technologies; AESC Envision) and worked across various cultures across the globe (US; Europe; Middle East; China). We are able to step into any situation and support in plant interim management, plant turnaround, setting up processes or systems from scratch or optimizing existing processes and systems. We are experienced in just about all functions within a manufacturing environment which allows us to step in with ease to support the client.

Brian Barron

As a proud US Navy veteran with six years of service, I had the honor of commissioning the Ticonderoga Aegis Class Cruiser, CG-56 USS San Jacinto. My journey as a maintenance technician for advanced systems fueled my passion for engineering, leading me back to Clemson University to earn my Electrical Engineering degree. With over 30 years of industrial experience I now specialize in helping companies design and optimize their manufacturing systems and processes, and providing crucial support to startups as they lay the foundation for their operations.
